When you flip the top bill up it features "Kiss Me I'm Irish." When not in use, you simply snap it shut along the hat's main structure. When its not flipped up it displays an embroidered green shamrock four-leaf cloverGet a kiss or at least make someone laugh. Separate bills, then bend the bottom bill until the top bill pops up and locks into place. Adjustable snapback fits most head sizes.
